When installing a new HVAC system, you want it done right the first time. That’s where we come in. How do I schedule a service?
You can schedule any service by either calling or emailing us. (See the contact page for details.) New and Existing Clients can also use the Request New Service page here on the website.
How many HVAC systems are covered under my contract?
Your maintenance contract covers up to three systems. If you have more than three, you can request additional systems to be checked at our standard rates.
I have an oil furnace, is this cleaned as a part of my contract?
Yes, the heat exchanger or vessel is considered a major component cleaning. Any additional oil burner work (nozzle, filter etc.) will be performed at our standard rates.
My contract covers one component cleaning per system. How does this work?
When performing maintenance to your system, our technicians will be inspecting all major components, and will suggest which component should be cleaned under your contract to assure everything is in top condition.
I have no AC. Can I use one of my free visits for this service?
Yes, however, doing so will substitute a seasonal check for this service and all units under the plan will be serviced for the next upcoming season at the same time the call for service is performed.
I have a humidifier on my system. Is this a part of the inspection?
Humidifiers and/or indoor air products such as UV lights are not part of the normal maintenance check. However, our technician may advise you that such a device needs service and will provide you with a price to which the plan discount will apply.
I have a problem with my system and have a Home Warranty Co. Whom do I call first?
It is recommended that you contact GSSN first. We will perform the diagnostic and advise you if it is claim worthy. If you wish to use your warranty coverage for the repair, the diagnostic fee paid to GSSN will apply to your deductible amount. We can assist you in claims processing.
Will my contract price go up?
GSSN reserves the right to increase the price as needed upon written notification to the owner. The owner will be provided with details as the amount of increase and a date in which such change will take effect. The owner reserves the right to decline such an increase in the event an agreement on price is not reached, the owner may cancel the contract without penalty.
When is my credit card or ACH transaction billed for my monthly investment?
If your contract was initiated between the first and 14th of any given month, your next payment would be deducted on the first of the following month. If the contract was started between the 15th and 31st, then your next payment would be on the 15th of the following month. Additionally, this would be the payment due date which was entered on your contract.
Who do I contact to update my payment information?
Simply call our service department to update any payment information.
How do I renew my maintenance contract?
Your maintenance contract does not require renewal as it is a continuous, recurring plan. The benefits that are included with your plan selection will automatically reset to the full amount of benefits after each 12-month cycle.
Will I get a receipt for my monthly investment?
You can request any receipt of service and/or maintenance by calling our service department. We can email, text or use general mail delivery services.
I’m selling my home. What do I need to do?
Please follow the guidelines for cancellation of the contract, or contact our service department if you wish to transfer your contract to the new owners or establish a new maintenance contract on your new property.
