I have been in the HVAC industry on and off for over 12 Years with my main break being for schooling and to serve my country as a US Marine post 9/11. I have 2 beautiful children who I love spending time with. I enjoy finding time to better myself emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I’m always looking for a challenge. Our customers are my Number 1 focus when it comes to company operations. I believe myself to be fully transparent and urge our customers to be comfortable reaching out to me with any feedback or recommendations. I am a firm believer that there is ALWAYS room for improvement and your feedback good or bad will help us strengthen our relationships with our Clients to provide the best possible experience for you and our future customers.

Please keep in mind I recommend utilizing our “request new service” tab for any service requests or in the event you have an emergency situation. In many cases (Weekends and holidays in particular) I often do not have my phone on me or am in an area with little to no service. I will still respond to any Voicemails or texts that come through as quickly as I can but any service requests may be forwarded to our dispatch department to schedule.

Hi, I’m Katie! I’m married to my high school sweetheart and best friend Nick. We have two kids together and I am a very family-oriented person. I do enjoy spending time with family, taking family trips to the beach, and whooping some butt at board and card games. I have a background in the medical field as a surgical technologist but to spend more time with family I have been working with GSSN since 2018.

I have been working with GSSN since 2018. I grew up a part of the Northern VA Community however have been living in Winchester / Stephens city since 1999. I have three children. James, my youngest son is currently attending High point University studying sports management. He is a short stop for the Panthers baseball team. Meghan, my daughter is attending Potomac state studying physical education / special education. She is an outfielder on the Catamount softball team. In our spare time (which is little) we like going to see the college games or playing with our pets. I love my customers and am available to answer any questions regarding your service.
